Summary

The Registered Nurse is responsible for identifying patient�s needs and priorities for care through assessment, planning for and delegating care based on patient�s needs, executing therapeutic physician or nurse initiated interventions, and evaluation the patient�s response to care and progress towards outcomes.

Position Qualification: (Training, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities)

• One (1) year acute care experience preferred
• Graduate from an approved nursing educational program as defined by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN)
• Successful completion of Telemetry course/or experience in telemetry
• Basic computer knowledge

Required Licenses/Certifications:

• Current State (FL) Registered Nurse Licensure
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
• Successful completion of Telemetry course/or experience in telemetry
